DFCS Referrals
For over fourteen years, Pathways has provided specialized services to children and families coping with the challenges of:
- Limited income and resources
- Limited support systems
- Limited opportunities
- Risk of losing children to out-of-home placement
We provide assessment and in-home counseling services to families through fifteen metro Atlanta County Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) offices. Our services include:
- Psychological assessment of children and adults
- Ability to parent assessment
- Substance abuse assessment
- Comprehensive Child and Family Assessment (CCFA) for children entering foster care
- Family Team Meeting
- In-home counseling (Homestead and Wraparound)
- Individual therapy (children and parents)
- Family therapy
- Parenting Classes
To make a referral, please download this DFCS Referral Form. You can complete the form online and e-mail it to abyars@pathwaystp.com – or you can print the form and fax to 404-378-2394. (For referrals requiring signed preapproval by DFCS, please fax.)
